For over 40 years Dr. Mike Naftali has been involved in the management and leadership of civil society organizations, community development and international development, development of programs for at-risk youth, social entrepreneurship and social businesses, and the development of transformative leadership and social change through the arts. Over the years, Dr. Naftali served as the Chairman of the National Council for Volunteering in Israel (AR) (2003-2005), as Chairman and Founder of Topaz – Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (AR) (2000). www.inspirationarts.org and currently serves as the president of the three non-profit organizations operating in combination and in merger proceedings.<\/p>\n

Dr. Naftali was one of the founders of SID (Society for International Development) www.sid-israel.org – Israel Branch (AR) and for five years served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Professional Forum for International Development.<\/p>\n

Dr. Naftali was a co-founder and co-chair of Natan – the Israeli Coalition for International Humanitarian Aid (www.natan-iha.org), which deals with humanitarian aid in disaster and emergency arenas and currently serves as a member of the organization’s executive committee. In addition, Dr. Naftali took an active part in the establishment and development of many non-profit organizations that promote social issues in Israel Dr. Naftali was the initiator of the Israeli Volunteer Project (2017-2010), who over the years has developed and established himself as the ” In the years 2011-2015. . Shmuel is an experienced mechanical engineer with nearly 40 years of experience in senior management of both companies and organizations, as well as in non-profit organizations and in public activity.<\/p>\n

In the past he has worked in the development of weapons and has managed a factory in the military industry. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in the rehabilitation of companies and businesses in the appointment of courts, banks and corporate owners, and in organizational consulting for businesses in crisis, including factories in various industries.<\/p>\n

He was elected Chairman of the Engineers and Architects Association in Israel. He served as Chairman of Dorot HaNichiv for Holocaust Survivors in Israel and is currently a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Center of Organizations of Holocaust Survivors.<\/p>\n

His regular army service was in the Golani Brigade. In the reserves he served in his last position as a battalion commander until he was discharged from active duty.<\/p>\n

Prof. Lazovsky is a professor of education, an experienced educational consultant, an academic lecturer and a researcher in education and counseling who has published numerous articles and books, and has been a social activist since she was a young girl. She has more than 30 years of experience in management. She recently completed 2 terms as the voluntary chair of the World Women’s Organization for Educational and Counseling, an international women’s movement with hundreds of educational and social projects in Israel, and branches throughout the Jewish world. To this day, she serves as the vice president of Topaz, including Topaz in Israel and around the world, through its international departments: Brit Olam, Inspresshine, Improv, and the Global Israeli Initiative. She also serves as a member of the International Public Council of SID [Society for International Development] in Israel.
Previously, she served for 13 years as an educational consultant at the “Herzliya Gymnasium” in Tel Aviv [the first Hebrew high school]. She was the founding president of the “Association of Educational Consultants in Israel” and wrote the code of ethics for counselors, founded the professional and academic journal “Educational Counseling” and served as its first editor, and on the committee. She was elected and served for 6 years, representing Israel, on the international editorial board of 2 of the world’s most important counseling journals [“Educational Counseling and Supervision”, “Professional Counseling for Schools”].
Prof. Lazovsky is also the founding president of the “WIZO Alumni Association” [October 2018]. She wrote the first WIZO Code of Ethics for this centennial organization, and went on missions in Jewish communities in 32 cities.
Prof. Lazovsky was twice awarded the Educational Counseling Award by the Ministry of Education for her outstanding professional and academic work. She has received 4 awards from WIZO World for her volunteer work throughout the years, including Honorary Life Membership.
Prof. Lazovsky received her doctorate from Tel Aviv University, School of Education, in 1992. She is married to Leon Lazovsky, an architect and urban planner. Oded is a Member of Kibbutz Rosh Hanikra at the north of Israel, where he lives.
For more than six years, Oded led an independent project aimed to increase the quantity
and quality of social activities of Kibbutzim, Kibbutzim members and Kibbutzim organizations
in and with the Israeli society. The two ways to get there were by building connections
between the communities and their capabilities on one hand, and the NGOs and their needs
on the other, and by promoting and assisting the establishment of Social Involvement Teams
in the Kibbutzim communities.
At 2018 Oded had founded a new Non-Profit organization, implementing the systems and
tools of communities and Solidarity Groups on the large population of lonely individuals
which were left without any family backup.
Mr. Oded Unger holds a BA from the Haifa University in Psychology as well as in Multi
disciplinar Program for Outstanding Students. His Master degree in Business administration
(MBA) was marketing oriented. He served as a member in some committees, including the
one dealing with training and professionalism in the volunteering world. Serves now as a

A social entrepreneur and business consultant, and active as a consultant to foundations and non-profit organizations in development.
Has extensive experience in marketing and advertising as the former owner of the advertising and marketing company Media 88 Ltd. from 1988-2000.<\/p>

Hanan has specialized since 2000 in developing external relations and fundraising in the social world and leading significant processes in Israel.
Hanan manages active international activity on social networks and serves as the manager and editor-in-chief of the Jewish Projects page and brand with a community of 350,000 followers and engagement of tens of millions of views per month.<\/p>

Recently, Hanan led with a group of friends the establishment of the “Shirat Chaim” synagogue named after Chaim Asraf in the Pisgat Ono neighborhood – a Yahad community.<\/p>

Hanan’s current activities focus on external relations, fundraising, social media campaigns, collaborations with foundations, branding and consulting.<\/p>

Hanan has been married to Reutel for 40 years, and they have four children and six grandchildren.
Hanan was a member of the Israel Round Table and served as its president in 1997-8<\/p>

In addition, Hanan and Reutel Seiderman are involved in the non-profit organization “Connection – The Center for Families with Religious Gaps,” which offers support to families where there are gaps in the level of religiosity between family members.<\/p>

Hanan is the son of the Tekhelet researcher, Israel Seiderman.
